HI,  I am Trudy Juelsgaard .  My Mother's maiden name was Petersen and I have been married to a full Dane for 35 years.   I do not speak Dane but I am proud of my Danish Heritage. I have been a full time Realtor and member of the Iowa Association and National Association of Realtors since 1992.  My first training was at Century 21 Dement Realty in Atlantic, IA.  I was excited to be able to open my own real estate office Juelsgaard Realty in 1997 and be able to use the slogan "Your Home Town Realtor"

My husband and I were both raised in Elk Horn and have lived here our whole life except for our education following high school.  We raised 4 children in Elk Horn and are   firm believers in our local school system of Elk Horn-Kimballton.  I have enjoyed showing our beautiful facilities many times to prospective new people to our communities.  They have always been impressed!  See the EH-K School link.

BUYING A HOME  (see link) I very much enjoy helping buyers find just the right home for their needs.  Helping first time buyers is especially enjoyable.  Giving advice about financing is an important part of my job.
